Chef Olashawn Hasadinratana
Chef Olashawn Hasadinratana is the youngest of the Hasadinratana children. She has combined her family's rich culinary
tradition with her corporate hospitaltiy and food service experince to create the Wild Thaiger Restaurant. Years
of training have made food her passion. Creations such as Dragon fish and rich pumpkin custard take Thai food to another level. She
aspires to provide a rich dining experience that can please both Thai food fanatics along with those unfamiliar
with the flavors and customs of South East Asia.
Sous Chef Manos Lekkla
Chef Lekla has worked at several resorts in Thailand and ran his own successful restaurant.
His sister helped convivence him to come to America and share his expertise in cuisine from the South of Thailand and
he brings these flavors to share.
